    30 hand release pushups,
    40 Box Jumps (24/20),
    50 situps,
    60 Push Press (75/55),
    50 situps,
    40 Box Jumps,
    30 hand release pushups,
    20 single arm KB push press (each arm) (24/16),
    10 toes to bar.
    
    500m row - 500m row can be done any time during the course of the WOD.
