  • Go Wildkats.
    Strength:
    Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes,
    5 deadlifts @ 70% of 1 Rep Max,
    and,
    30 seconds AMRAP Abmat Situps.
    WOD:
    Reps of 30-20-10.
    Kettlebell Swings (32/24),
    Box Jumps (30/24).
    Complete 3 Burpees at the top of each minute.
