Doing a little bit of math during our workouts? Guilty! You caught us. Here at CrossFit Freedom, we like to break a mental sweat too. Strength: Push Press. 6x2. WOD: AMRAP 12 min. 1 wall climb, 2 chest to bar pullups, 3 shoulder to overhead (115/75). Increase reps on each round by 1 on wall climb by 2 on chest to bar pullups by 3 on Shoulder to overhead.
