  • A little healthy competition.
    
    Strength:
    
    Find 1 rep max Strict Press.
     
    WOD:
    
    Complete 6 push press (135/95) at the top of every minute for 8 minutes.
    Then complete AMRAP burpees in remaining time.
    
    Score total number of burpees completed.
    
    Rest 1 minute,
    AMRAP 2 minutes shoulder to overhead with Strict Press 1rm.
