  • WOD:

    Complete 8 consecutive alternating tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of both movements in each couplet:

    Single arm alternating DB snatch/lateral DB hops.

    Pullups/hollow rocks.

    Running/burpees.

    -Score is total reps completed (running =meters divided by ten. Lateral hops = reps divided by two).

    Two minutes between each couplet.
