  • WOD:

    3 x 2 minute rounds – 1 minute rest between rounds.
    200m run,

    Snatch (pick any weight) for total load.
    Rest 2 minutes.
    4 x 1:30 rounds – 1 min rest b/w rounds.
    200m run,
    Deadlift (pick any weight) for total load.

    Weight can be changed in between any one of the 7 rounds of work
    score is total load lifted.
    Weight x reps.
