    Tabata Row (cal).
    Rest 1 minute.
    Tabata Wall Ball Shot (20/14).
    Rest 1 minute.
    Tabata Hand release pushups.
    Rest one minute.
    Tabata KB swing (24/20).

    Complete tabata intervals (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off- for 8 consecutive intervals of each.
    Score is sum of lowest round of every movement.

    Rest 1 minute following tabata intervals.

    Complete a max effort 400m run.
    Subtract one rep off of tabata score for every 4 seconds on 400m run.
