    2 KB overhead alternating lunge L.

    8 minute clock:
    30 seconds on, 30 seconds off  Row ( for cal),
    30 seconds on, 30 seconds off Box Jumps (30/24).

    - Score total reps (or cals) completed.

    - Add reps from both parts for total score
