    3×3 @ 80% 5rm.
    5-5-5 weighted strict pullup.

    WOD:

    7 rounds for time.
    7 Front rack alternating lunges (115/75) (each leg),
    7 chest to bar pullups.

    Ladder down lunges by 1 rep each round.
