    @85% strict press 1rm.

    Strict Press – 1 rep every 30 seconds for 3 minutes.
    1 min rest – increase load 20%.
    Push Press – 2 reps every 30 seconds for 3 minutes.
    1 min rest – increase load 10%.
    Push Jerk – 1 rep every 30 seconds for 2 minutes.

    WOD:

    3 rounds – against a 3 minute clock each round.
    Max unbroken pullups,
    20 Box Jumps,
    Max Push Press (115/75).
    Score total pullups plus push press each round.
    Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
