  • Remember to register for the Open.. we will do 14.1 in all classes on Friday.
    Anyone who cannot be there Friday to complete the workout, and wants to do it sometime before 6pm on Monday, you must contact Brett to schedule a makeup time.

    WOD:

    Active Recovery Day.

    16 minute clock.

    Alternate every minute for 8 rounds between,
    :45 Row (nice and easy – 75% of fastest 500m time).
    Rest :15.
    10 Overhead Squats (perfect reps, slow, light weight) and 8 perfect pushups.

    Take some time to stretch, or do some technique/skill work.
