    Power Snatch.
    8 @ 60%,
    6 @ 70%,
    4 @ 80%,
    AMRAP @75%.
    (All reps touch and go).

    WOD: 12 min clock.

    AMRAP 8.
    10 KB snatch @ the top of every minute,
    AMRAP double unders with remaining time.
    Rest 2 min.
    AMRAP 2 min.
    Power snatch (choose your weight for total load lifted).
