    set 2; 5 reps @ 80%.
    set 3; 4 reps @85%.
    set 4 and 5; 3 @ 90%.

    WOD:

    5 rounds, for total working time.

    10 toes to bar,
    10 box jumps,
    6 shoulder to overhead (135/95) no more than 70%.
    Rest exactly 1 min b/w rounds.

    Immediately following last round complete 30 situps, then 6 more shoulder to overhead.

    Score is total working time (subtract 4 minutes of rest).
