    Freedom Fitness

    Freedom Fitness classes will combine varied functional movements to create a vigorous workout routine that will challenge you and keep your workouts productive and engaging – getting you fitter and healthier than ever. This is a great option for those that are new to high intensity workouts and who are looking for a more straight forward approach to getting in shape.

    Over the course of 45 minutes you will be led through a dynamic warm up, coached through the days movements, guided through a high intensity workout then led through a series of cool down movements and mobility stretches to help develop flexibility and stability as well as aid in recovery.

    We use kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometrics, bodyweight movements, running, rowing, sandbags, sleds, medicine balls and more to create a well balanced, high intensity workout that will push you to your limits in a fun, motivating, and supportive atmosphere.

    What is the difference between Fitness classes and CrossFit classes?
    Fitness classes are very similar to regular CrossFit classes. The major difference is that CrossFit incorporates Olympic weightlifting and higher level gymnastics movements and progressions, while fitness classes do not. Fitness classes eliminate the most complex elements of CrossFit that require advanced foundational training prior to implementation. Whether you are using Fitness classes as a stepping stone to our CrossFit program, as a supplement to CrossFit for an added conditioning component, or using Freedom Fitness to get in amazing shape, these classes are perfect for you!

    CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.

    We offer private one-on-one and small group training for those looking for more individualized instruction or simply some skill work to compliment your CrossFit classes.



    Our yoga classes are vinyasa flow style, which links breath with movement. We will focus on finding balance, strength, and flexibility, while cultivating the power of our breath and staying in the present moment. Because of the level of intensity at which CrossFitters train, it is especially important, out of respect to our whole self  that we take time to find this balance between power and presence.
