2017 Summer Training Cycle
Week 7

Warm-up:
Squat Prep-

Elevated Runners lunge
elevated hamstring floss
elevated half pigeon
Sumo Squat / thoracic rotation

Strength:
Back Squat (4-4-4-4+)
Every 2:00 for 8 min

4 reps @ 82% or slightly heavier than 4 x 4 on 7/21

On 4th set continue to work
as many reps as possible with 1
breath re-set tempo at the top.

Metcon (Time):
5 rounds for total working time

3 Thrusters (135/95)
5 Front Squats
12 Pullups
200m run
rest 1:00 between each round
