CROSSFIT KIDS (ages 5 to 9)
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting,
children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.
During the summer months, classes meet 2x’s/wk from 10:30 to 11:00 am on Wednesdays & 9:15 to 10:00 am on Saturdays. Punch cards, monthly memberships and sibling discounts available. All kids are welcomed and encouraged to try a class first.

COMPETITIVE ATHLETE SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
This camp is for the serious athlete who’s accustomed to working hard and wanting to improve their overall athleticism. Training workouts are approximately 90 minutes long taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 2:30pm. Workouts consist of mobility/flexibility training, coaches demonstration/instruction and workout setup and execution. This summer program has an excellent track record of delivering results but it requires dedication & commitment. Showing up to 2 out 4 workouts in 1 week won’t cut it and frankly is a waste of both the athletes and coaches time.
