PRIVATE COACHING

Based on your objectives, we offer two (2) Private Coaching solutions…

General Physical Preparedness:
Also known as “GPP”, this is an amazingly effective and efficient solution to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

Athlete Development Program:
The sport of fitness is one of the fastest growing, most exciting opportunities out there for athletes looking to push the boundaries of human performance. If you’re looking to excel as a CrossFit athlete, CrossFit Freedoms coaching staff has the expertise and competitive experience to help you achieve your goals.


FREEDOM FITNESS + TEENS CLASSES

Freedom Fitness classes are a great option for those that are new to high intensity workouts and who are looking for a more straight forward approach to getting in shape. Classes combine varied functional movements to create a vigorous workout routine that will challenge you & keep your workouts productive & engaging – getting you fitter and healthier than ever.

Classes meet Monday & Wednesday nights at 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:45am and Saturday mornings at 8:15am. For additional info including costs click here!

Freedom Fitness Class Description
Over the course of 45 minutes you will be led through a dynamic warm up, coached through the days movements, guided through a high intensity workout then led through a series of cool down movements and mobility stretches to help develop flexibility and stability as well as aid in recovery.
Difference's between Fitness & CrossFit classes
Fitness classes are very similar to regular CrossFit classes. The major difference is that CrossFit incorporates Olympic weightlifting and higher level gymnastics movements and progressions, while fitness classes do not. Fitness classes eliminate the most complex elements of CrossFit that require advanced foundational training prior to implementation. Whether you are using Fitness classes as a stepping stone to our CrossFit program, as a supplement to CrossFit for an added conditioning component, or using Freedom Fitness to get in amazing shape, these classes are perfect for you!

KIDS SPEED & AGILITY CLASSES (GRADES 4TH – 8TH)

Be FASTER, Be QUICKER, Be STRONGER – A Winter Speed & Agility Program with Coach Lesniak

Kids will learn speed and agility drills in a fun & encouraging environment. Each class will include an intense workout designed to improve athletes work capacity, teach teamwork and develop self-confidence.

Classes are held Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:00PM & Sunday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:00PM. The program will run until March 18. Cost is $10 per class. For questions & additional information please contact info@crossfitfreedom.com / 847.573.9348.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Interested in having a CrossFit Kids style birthday party? W’ell plan events, games, obstacles and challenges so kids of all ages can come and enjoy a  physically fit yet fun birthday party.
