    • Babysitting available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:30am.
    • Hours will be available every Wednesday to schedule free intro sessions. Foundations are held every Monday and Wednesday and 1-on-1 personal training, or small group private training are by appointment only.
