Summer Pre-Season Cycle
Week 8

WARMUP:
-banded upper anterior chain opener
-batman wide leg fold to thoracic rotation

STRENGTH:
Front Squat (6-6-6-AMRAP)
- 3x6 @ 80%
- AMRAP @ 70%
- Full recovery between all sets

METCON (Time):
Every :90 for 9 minutes (6 sets) for 
total working time:

- 5 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)(<70%)
- 5 Overhead Squats
- 12 Box Jumps (30/24)

Upon completion of final round, continue to work
AMRAP Snatch with remaining time.

Deduct :05 off of total working time for every 
additional Snatch completed.
