Always under the guidance of a coach, CrossFit Group Classes provide an atmosphere of team support and motivation and also offers the fun and challenge of a different Workout Of The Day (WOD) every day.
We offer group CrossFit classes – morning, afternoon, and evening – 6 days a week. No excuses!
Freedom Fitness
Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 and 8:30 am
Freedom Fitness classes are a great option for those that are new to high intensity workouts and who are looking for a more straight forward approach to getting in shape.
