CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids ages 5 to 9. Through an encouraging and supportive atmosphere, the programs main goal is for the kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. Punch cards, monthly memberships & sibling discounts are available.
All kids are welcomed and encouraged to try a class first. Just complete our online Health & Liability Waiver ahead of time and you’re kiddo is good to go! Classes are offered:
Tuesdays: 5:00 – 5:35 pm
Thursdays: 5:00 – 5:35 pm
Saturdays: 9:15 – 9:45 am
Everyone needs a coach – especially kids. We’re lucky enough to have two! Having kids of their own in the program, classes are led by seasoned CrossFit athletes & longtime youth coaches, Frank Lesniak & Justin Lawrence. Read more about them here!

Interested in having a CrossFit Kids/Ninja Warrior style birthday party? We’ll plan events, games, obstacles and challenges so kids of all ages can come and enjoy a physically fit yet fun birthday party.
